Eligibility

Entrants must:

• Be residents of the United Kingdom unless otherwise stated

• Enter using their own details

Jack Competitions reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

Competition Entry

Competitions can be entered via:

• Paid online entry

• Free postal entry route

All entries have an equal chance of winning.

Entries are only valid once payment has been successfully received or a valid postal entry has been delivered.

Free Postal Entry Route

To enter for free by post, entrants must send a handwritten entry including:

• Full name

• Full postal address

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Name of the competition being entered

Entries must be sent individually, with one entry per envelope.

Postal entries must be received before the competition closing date shown on the website.

Incomplete, illegible, photocopied, or automated entries will not be accepted.

Competition Draws

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries.

Jack Competitions reserves the right to extend, amend, or cancel competitions if necessary due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Any changes will be communicated on the website where possible.

Prizes

Prize details are listed on each individual competition page.

Where a prize becomes unavailable, Jack Competitions reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Cash alternatives will only be offered where specifically stated.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the details provided during entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw may take place.

For transparency purposes, winner names may be published on our website or social media channels.

Refunds

All entries are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

If a competition is cancelled, entrants may be offered:

• a refund, or

• account credit

Fraud & Misuse

Jack Competitions reserves the right to refuse entries or disqualify participants where fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation is suspected.

Liability

Jack Competitions accepts no responsibility for:

• lost, delayed, or damaged entries

• technical issues or website downtime

• payment processing failures outside of our control

Data Protection

Any personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of competitions and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will never sell your data to third parties.
